Graduate / Paralegal - Conveyancing

Are you looking to start your career in conveyancing? Our client is looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for property. You will be given all the support, training and tools you require to kick start your career.

You will be joining a highly regarded, multi office firm who have seen fantastic growth over the last few years and have a large market share in their respective towns. They are also proud of their Lexcel accredited along with CQS status.

On a daily basis, aspects of your role will include: providing legal and administrative assistance to the solicitors in the Property team, helping Solicitors to prepare contract, lease and license documents, ordering documents from the Land Registry, and more.

You will be a recent legal graduate who has gained some work experience during your vacations within a conveyancing environment. It's essential that you have the desire to work hard in assisting with the day to day running of conveyancing matters and have the confidence and ambition to want to progress within this area of law. You will be provided with all of the relevant training to enable you to competently deal with legal enquiries and work as part of a team in a fast paced environment. You should be approachable and have both excellent personable and communication skills as you will be required to have Client contact.

In return, you will be rewarded with a dedicated training programme to allow you to advance your career within conveyancing possibly leading to a Training Contract.
