The Role

The Residential Property team is going from strength to strength and we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property fee-earner to join our Manchester team. This team deals with high-net-worth residential sales and acquisitions for individuals and onshore/offshore trust structures as well as financial institutions.

We are looking for someone who can easily embody the firms values and role-model these to their team. The firm prides itself on its client care so you must be an exceptional communicator with the ability communicate with tact and sensitivity at all times. You must be able to react positively to challenges, working pragmatically when deadlines and priorities change and remaining calm under pressure. Given the nature of the role, you must be willing to work hard and have strong attention to detail.

As part of this small but highly successful team, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best with strong partner access and exposure to a wide range of clients. Your development will be fully supported to ensure you perform to the best of your ability. Ideally you will be 2 years PQE but this can be flexible for the right candidate.
