My client, a pioneer in its sector seeks a confident Legal Counsel to embark upon a varied caseload of commercial work. Providing general advice across the business as a whole, this is a fantastic opportunity to hone your skill-set and embed yourself in an innovative and rapidly expanding business.
Based in its Nottingham office, the global legal team are responsible for managing the legal function of the entire business. The commercially minded Solicitor will be tasked with business procurement, litigation, finance transactions and project development. Negotiating contracts and communicating with colleagues and clients will be key within this important role. Offering your commercial expertise across the business and ensuring that objectives are met is likely to suit a Solicitor ready to take on a new challenge with autonomy and add to the growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years PQE in non-contentious commercial law however it must be added that a candidate with less experience, with the right commercial approach will also be considered. Any interest, experience or exposure to financial services or similar regulated environment would be advantageous, though not essential.
