Commercial Property Solicitor - Our clients, a Legal 500 ranked regional practice that are renowned for their creative techniques in delivering legal services that are tailored for their clients are now seeking a further 6+ PQE commercial property solicitor to join the growing team at their West Sussex office.

This Chambers ranked team in the Southeast deliver practical advice on high quality transactional work for commercial clients, investors and developers. You will be tasked with managing a large and varied caseload, dealing with a range of commercial property matters for general business clients, institutions and public authority bodies. You will handle the sale and purchase of commercial and industrial properties, development of land for residential and business purposes, leases and all matters relating to the landlord and tenant Act.

You will be expected to be an authoritative figure within the team, advising and assisting in the development of the junior members of staff whilst working alongside the partners on the more complex transactions. A previous track record for marketing and business development is essential.
