Real Estate Solicitor (3-5 yrs PQE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a nation wide, extremely established legal 500 firm based in their Exeter office. They require a real estate solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join their highly regarded team.

You will be working within a team undertaking a range of property matters, including complex and high value projects, energy from waste schemes and often you will be working with colleagues from other disciplines, such as Projects Planning and Construction.

You must be enthusiastic with developing your skills and knowledge and able to work under pressure as you will be regarded with a high level of responsibility from the offset.

There is a large degree of client interaction and as such you must have exceptional communication skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Being self-motivated and ambitious, you will be keen to learn about the energy from waste and renewables sector, if you don't already have experience in this, and possess the drive to help our client to continue to grow and develop their business. In the dynamic renewables market, you will keep yourself up to date regarding the latest policy developments affecting the sector, and as such, you'll need to demonstrate a genuine interest and enthusiasm for this topic..
