The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor who will be handling every aspect of commercial property law, dealing with small to medium-sized local and regional businesses. Acting for clients including developers, landlords and tenants, investors and owner occupiers, the successful Solicitor will deliver high quality advice in areas including: buying and selling commercial property; property portfolios and developments; property finance; investment in retail and office premises; landlord and tenant matters and; leasehold matters. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
Solid knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Property work is expected.
It is essential you possess outstanding communication skills and have a client focused approach.
The successful candidate should be highly organised and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
