NQ Commercial Property Solicitor – This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with a highly regarded, modern thinking Somerset practice. 

We have been asked to find our client a NQ-2 PQE commercial property solicitor who has been exposed to a good range of commercial property work and who has drive to make this position their own.
You will act for retailers, entrepreneurial businesses, developers and investors offering a tailored service to their client’s specific needs. You will be expected to be able to demonstrate significant experience in a range of matters, including, drafting of commercial leases, landlord & tenant transactions, licensing law, purchase and sale of business premises and manging property development opportunities.
