Job Details
Due to an increase in workload at this leading defendant insurance law firm, they are seeking a newly qualified industrial disease Solicitor to join their office in Birmingham city centre.
This top 50 firm deals with a wide range of legal matters including industrial disease, clinical negligence, fraud and regulatory. Their clients include global insurance companies and large corporate clients.
This is your opportunity to handle a caseload of litigated industrial disease matters in the capacity of a newly qualified Solicitor and liaise directly with your clients. It is essential that you have experience in industrial disease dealing with litigated work, including NIHL. Those from a claimant background will be considered, although experience within defendant work is advantageous.
