Job Details
A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive is sought to work in-house as part of a legal team managing a busy caseload of defendant public and employers' liability claims, particularly claims against the Police.
Ideal candidates will have post qualification experience in a defendant role in a casualty team in private practice acting on behalf of the Police Force, their claims handlers and insurers, protecting their interests.
This is a position which offers an opportunity to work in a specialist field of litigation which is fast paced dealing with complex, interesting cases such as; civil orders in the Magistrates’ Court and the County Court, including ASB Injunctions, Sexual Offences Prevention Orders, Proceeds of Crime Act applications and Domestic Violence Protection Orders.
