Our client is a award-winning and leading international commercial firm acting for a wide range of blue-chip clients across a wide portfolio of sectors, including ; insurance, education and banking and financial services- in addition to many of the region's largest public sector organisations.

You will be working on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment/ HR law from maternity and paternity rights to whistle blowing and discrimination issues, and there is significant scope to gain experience of high value and complex High Court Employment litigation. Whilst acting for your own client base, there is also opportunity to support colleagues in the corporate team with transactional employment work.

Suitable candidates will have 2-4 yrs PQE and must be comfortable with working independantly at times and providing accurate commercial advice. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute and having transactional employment law experience would be desirable (employment law due dilligence with regard to share sales/ asset sales/ drafting etc), however this will not bar the right candidate who can demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for the role. You can expect a client facing role from the outset, hence excellent communication skills are essential.
