The Role…

The opportunity has arisen to join this highly respected Employment department in a Legal 500, and Chamber ranked firm.

The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, document production, industrial relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly we are working to strengthen our capacity at that level. The employment team currently consists of 4 partners and 10 other employment lawyers (4 senior associates, 4 associates, 1 paralegal and 1 trainee).

Requirements…

• NQ - 2 years PQE with strong experience in Employment.
• Experience of business development will be to advantage
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
