Currently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join my clients busy office on the Surrey/Hampshire border.
The ideal candidate will be a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer who is confident in managing a mixed residential property caseload including transfer of equity, deed variations, re-mortgages and sale and purchase work.
My client is a tier one ranked regional legal 500, with multiple offices across the region and a fantastic reputation in property law, both commercial and residential. This is a rare opportunity for an established residential conveyancer with a good technical understanding and ambition to make a name for themselves within an incredibly modern and forward thinking law firm that put client care ahead of all else.
You will have a minimum of three years experience and have strong business development skills. A following would be desirable but in no way is required for the position.
