Commercial Litigation Solicitor
A top tier firm in Colchester, Essex are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their highly-regarded team.
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be bright and ambitious with experienced in dealing with a wide variety of matters, including contractual disputes, professional negligence, contentious probate, and insolvency. You must be a confident advocate and will have represented clients at the County Courts, High Court and all other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
The firm are looking for individuals with a experience and/or an interest in business development and marketing, as they place great importance on maintaining existing and developing new client relationships.
