Job Details
An exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500, Lexcel Accredited and multi-award winning firm with 100 years of expertise operating in all major practices.
You will be joining a highly respected, forward-thinking and established Commercial Property team who are thriving in their field and who offer a high quality service to all clients.
Responsibilities:
- Relevant experience of both development work from site acquisition, including:-
- Conditional contracts options and overage
- Finance through to preparation for disposition
- Landlord and Tenant Work.
Requirements:
- You will be an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
- You will be a problem solver, comfortable communicating issues and potential solutions both to experienced commercial clients and professionals and to the private client selling part of their garden for development
- You will be technically able and commercially minded
- You will be organised
- You will with support actively promote and develop yourself, the team and the firm
