Personal Injury Paralegal on a 6 month FTC

Your new company
You will get to work as part of a national full service law firm with offices based across the country. You will be specifically based onsite within client offices as part of their personal injury team. The firm aim to deliver high quality professional service in a cost-effective and approachable manner.

Your new role
You will be tasked with using a case management system to effectively run your own caseload of RTA recoveries and defendant claims. You will deal with credit hire claims, uninsured loss claims and outlay recoveries claims as well as small claims and fast track defendant work.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need experience running your own case load, have knowledge defendant work both in and out of the MOJ process. You will also be an enthusiastic team player, be confident to provide ad hoc advice, be computer literate and ideally you will have some kind of degree qualification however this is not essential.
