One of the leading names in real estate have an opportunity for a real estate solicitor at the 1-3 PQE level to join them at their Manchester office.

The team undertake a broad range of real estate work for some of the UK's leading real estate focussed businesses, other various large PLC's and organisations. The successful real estate solicitor will get exposure to a wide range of real estate transactions including aspects of development work including town centre regeneration projects and mixed use developments; investment and asset management work including sales and purchases, landlord & tenant, re-financing and corporate support.

The head of department keen to hear from real estate solicitors that have gained at 1 year PQE, ideally at a recognised commercial firm or boutique practice, You will need hands-on property experience from your training and ideally experience in some of the following areas: landlord and tenant; property development; estate management; or investment funds.

Beyond your experience you'll need to be career focused and enthusiastic to learn and to take advantage of the further training this firm will afford you. They want someone keen to get involved and who'll want to immerse themselves in the department including marketing and business development initiatives. As you'd expect with a firm of this size their systems and resources are superb so this represents a fantastic career start for newly qualified real estate lawyer. Candidates who are already in the local market or who are prepared to relocate will be considered on their merits.
