Commercial Property Solicitor

The firm has offices around the UK and operates nationally as a wider team. The Leeds office leads their work across the North of England where they have a considerable client base and they are keen to recruit someone who can take up the mantle for pushing this further forward and work with them in driving the office forward.

You will be handling work across the whole spectrum of Commercial Property, but with a particular emphasis on supporting the firm's nationally top rated education practice. The scope of the work is very broad and ranges from academy conversions to landlord and tenant matters, site acquisitions and disposals and even property finance matters. The firm also has a strong reputation for Charity work and there is scope to work with these clients too.

The firm is looking to really expand the Leeds office, meaning you must have a keenness to get involved with the firm's business development, networking and client relationship management. They have a privileged position in the market and are well known for their sector specialisation which makes the marketing naturally more pleasurable and successful. This role is based in the Leeds office, however you will be part of a national team and will be able to work closely with lawyers from other offices. Â Â

The successful candidate will ideally have 4 years' PQE or more. This is given purely as a guideline and candidates who fall outside of this bracket, yet can demonstrate the technical ability and enthusiasm for the role are also encouraged to apply.
