As a commercial litigator within the firm you can expect to work on the following types of cases,  corporate/partnership disputes, transactional disputes, professional negligence, contentious probate, and high value contractual disputes. 
 
Candidates at the NQ level who are interested in this opportunity must have undertaken a litigation seat during their training contract. Those at the more senior end must show evidence of experience handling the above matters.
