Our client are a well established Oxfordshire based law firm.  They service both business and private client areas of law with 2 branches through the region. They are currently recruiting a Senior Wills, Trust & Probate Solicitor of 8+ years PQE to join their growing Oxford office.
 
The Oxford office specialises on Commercial & Residential Property, Matrimonial, Litigation, Wills & Probate and some Company matters.
 
The successful candidate will join a well-respected firm at a significant time in its development. You will benefit from working within a friendly team which is Partner lead, that prides itself on being meticulous and hard-working.
 
You will be handling a mixed caseload of Wills, probate, trusts and taxation, powers of attorney, Court of Protection work and the law relating to elderly clients, including the payment of care fees. 
 
You will come in at a senior level working with the Head of Department and helping to supervise more junior members of staff and continuing to drive the firm forward by being active in some business development activities.
