Conveyancer - Residential Property - Hampshire - 2/3yrs PQE+ £36000 +
A very well established firm with an excellent reputation as one of the south's leading commercially orientated law firms. They pride themselves on delivering first-class advice and ensuring a successful client outcomes with a friendly and client-focused approach. With a very successful Residential Property already in place they are looking to add further experience due to continued growth at the Chandlers Ford office.
The position would suit an experienced Conveyancer (Solicitor/Legal Exec) who will be able to act immediately upon a broad range of residential matters. As already stated this an established team who succeed due to their excellent technical knowledge, client focus and ability to continue to generate new business broadening the reach of the team.
You should enjoy taking a hands on approach and take pride in contributing and enabling further growth of the department, you will have a client focused yet commercial outlook and be keen to work with the Head of Department on business development opportunities and campaigns. Being able to work a varied caseload from start to finish is a key requirement of the role therefore you should have excellent time management skills and keep the client informed at all times.
