One of our highly successful and well-known clients, with offices worldwide, are currently looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their growing team in Manchester.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be joining a team based in Manchester that really set the foundations for the rest of the corporate departments within this firm across the UK. The individuals who make up this team are a skilled collaborative group who work together in their development in order to give both existing client relationships the best care whilst also continuously developing new relationships.
The head of this team who you will be working with as a Corporate Solicitor, is a skilled and experienced Partner, who has advised a range of clients on a broad spectrum of matters throughout their career. The rest of the team is made up of successful Corporate Solicitors, so you will be able to prosper and develop yourself further as part of a highly regarded Legal 500 firm.
The firm are looking for someone who is ideally between newly qualified up to around 2 years PQE. They have advised that if a newly qualified Corporate Solicitor wishes to apply, it would be beneficial for them to have undertaken a corporate seat during their training contract. The firm are also more than happy to consider applicants with more experience up to around 5 years PQE.
You will be advising on matters from on behalf of an array of clients, from start-ups to large corporate clients and you will also have the opportunity to undertake some commercial work and broaden your experience.
