COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGY AND DATA SOLICITOR – SENIOR ASSOCIATE LEVEL (4 – 8 PQE).
 
Our client is an innovative and leading international law firm with a renowned reputation globally in the technology sector.
 
We are instructed to speak with commercial technology and data lawyers who would be keen to join this leading law firm at 4-8 years’ PQE in London. Working with a sizeable team, you will join at senior associate level working with clients ranging from global household names to rapid growth earlier stage businesses, working with founders and investors. 
 
The sector stretch is huge including Fintech, Telecoms, Ecommerce, Fashion, Enterprise Technology, Video Games/gambling, Music and other content distribution and Adtech. 
 
You will be engaged in a diverse range of work including:

• Commercial contracts , including outsourcing, distribution and procurement
• Technology contracts including software licences, development and system implementations, acting for suppliers and users
• Telecoms contracts and regulation
• E-commerce and consumer regulation relating to digital work
• Data Protection
• Gaming
• Inward investment
• Corporate support including due diligence and transitional services agreements

We are looking for a 4-8 years’ PQE commercial solicitor with strong broad experience in technology and data law either from private practice or an in-house background. You will be have a commercial outlook and keen instinct for business, which together with passion and drive will allow you to thrive in the firms’ entrepreneurial and forward thinking environment.
 
The role will allow you to play a key part in the team, working with companies at all stages and with the ability to lead on advising on business models and commercial risks. You will play an active role in all areas of the team and wider firm.
