A regional forward thinking law firm with several offices across Lancashire are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Burnley, Lancashire.
 
Your role as the Private Client Solicitor will be to manage an existing caseload of the full range of private client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Tax, Trusts and Court of Protection. The firm have a long standing Will bank and due to their presence as a firm, also have a number of high net worth clients including big profile sports and media clients. Therefore, there will be the opportunity to gain exposure to some high value trusts and estates work.
 
The firm have a well established private client team and you'll be working directly with a Head of Private Client who has extensive expertise in this area and would be an excellent mentor.
 
You must be a qualified Private Client Solicitor (or Legal Executive/Fellow) with 4yrs+ PQE and have a track record in managing your own caseload of the full range of private client matters.
 
In addition, you'll be used to undertaking business development and networking activities to generate work. Either a full STEP or Student Member of STEP would be highly desirable, although not essential. PQE is specified as a guideline only as both more junior and senior candidates with relevant skills/experience also encouraged to apply.
