A position has come up for a corporate solicitor to join one of the leading commercial firms at their office in Cambridge

The successful candidate will be joining a team dealing with a broad range of matters such as acquisitions and disposals, restructuring mergers and takeovers, MBOs, MBIs, BIMBOs, equity finance and joint ventures. They operate across a broad range of sectors representing owner-managed and family businesses, start-up and spin-out companies, public companies, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms as well as international companies.

It is likely you will be around 2-5 years qualified and have a background of working across similar areas in a highly regarded commercial practice. You will be ambitious to progress and get involved in the business development activities of the department of the firm.
