Commercial Litigation Senior Associate required for Legal 500 firm
This client is a mid sized full service law firm with a distinctly commercial leaning. They punch well above their weight and have an enviable client base. Partners have joined here from leading regional commercial firms and the quality of work and client service is excellent.
There is an opening in the commercial litigation team at the moment for someone who can hit the ground running from day one. Ideally you will be 7 years plus PQE range and be capable of handling a quality mixed commercial litigation caseload of breach of contract and warranty claims; partnership disputes; insolvency matters; professional negligence claims and property litigation from day one as well as assisting the team on higher value and complex claims. Plenty of client contact and BD opportunities in what will be a very hands on role in the department.
