As an NQ you will have the opportunity to support the team and assist in providing expert advice on a wide range of Corporate and Commercial matters. You will be supported to learn from the seasoned experts and take on more of your own work, while supporting on larger projects. The work completed by the team is varied and includes: Corporate structures; Mergers and acquisitions; Business and share sales; Joint ventures; Constitutional and shareholder issues; Fund raising and Banking.
