Job Details
Strong Technology Solicitor for International Conglomerate in London - 6-month, fixed-term contract.
With interaction at all levels of the business, and reporting into the Deputy General Counsel; you will get exposure to the group's varied business portfolio across several sectors.
The role will be challenging and varied, and requires a capable and confident Technology Solicitor to handle the following:
- Licensing of digital (IT and data) platforms
- Sale of B2B products, device procurement and other digital consumer and mobile projects
- Supporting the brand consultancy business
- Data protection and disputes
This role would ideally suit an immediately available, technology solicitor, with at least 6 yrs' + PQE. You will have broad corporate/commercial experience, ideally gained within the technology sector. and exceptional private practice training at a City Law firm. You will be a confident communicator, creative thinker and willing to learn and handle complex commercial contracts independently with the business.
