This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic personal injury litigator to join our friendly National Litigation Unit. If you have experience of handling Fast Track Personal Injury claims and are up-to-date with the relevant law and procedure, then this is the opportunity for you.

The role
You will be litigating Personal Injury Fast Track (Employer Liability, Public Liability and some Road Traffic Accidents) cases for union members and union friends and family scheme clients, whilst working under supervision.
You will have the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases, involving a considerable amount of judgement and autonomy. To thrive in the role you will need to be incredibly organised, possess outstanding client care skills and be tenacious in nature.
