Employment Lawyer

A top tier City and International law firm are currently recruiting for a ambitious junior / mid level Associate Employment Lawyer to join their Employment team based in London.

The London team is highly ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a team with leading individuals that can offer first rate training and development opportunities, excellent work with blue chip clients and a real prospects for career progression with the right candidate.

This role will entail a range of contentious, general advisory and transactional employment work as well as some industrial relations work, You will actively work to manage and strengthen client relationships by providing a commercial and consultative approach. You will be expected to assist senior lawyer building your experience, but you will also act as the lead lawyer when appropriate - you will be given responsibility to progress quickly.

The firm will offer a competitive City package and are ideally looking for 1- 5 years PQE experience in Employment law.
