A National Housing association is looking to grow their every busy legal department. Committed to helping those most in need, this market leading building services company provides management to residents both across the public and private sector.

Your new role
The focus of this role is to provide property transnational work in support of development, asset management and housing teams within the company and its subsidiaries. You will manage the property legal enquiry and claim process for legal enquiries/claims received in connection with all of the companies properties from external and internal stakeholders. You will work as a legal adviser to the team administering the Preserved Right to Buy applications, the Voluntary RTB and Right to Acquire applications, legally reviewing the applications to determine their validity. The successful Lawyer will ensure all complex legal property enquiries received are effectively resolved and those customers, colleagues and other stakeholders are kept up to date on the progress of their enquiry/claim.

What you'll need to succeed
Applicants should have gained practical experience working within a legal firm or land owner as a Lawyer, and have experience of dealing with large estates or property portfolios in either the public or private sector. Candidates must be educated to Degree Level (or equivalent), will hold a legal qualification (3+PQE) and possess the necessary meticulous approach and decision making ability to thrive in this rewarding role.If you are looking for a legal opportunity in a positive team and sector leading organisation this could be the opportunity for you.
