Are you looking for the rare opportunity to retrain from Residential Conveyancing to Commercial Property?
One of our long standing clients is extremely busy in Commercial Property and so is looking to expand their team and are open to those with prior experience but are equally open to supporting and training someone looking to build a career.
The firm, based in Stoke-on-Trent, service clients both locally and nationally and a range of Commercial Property matters including; landlord and tenant, acquiring or disposing of buildings as part of a business sale or purchase and development matters.
The role offers you a chance to experience good quality work, whilst working in a friendly office environment with a healthy work/life balance.
This is a genuine opportunity to become part of a successful and expanding Property team that will support your career development. While receiving appropriate training and development opportunities working alongside an experienced partner, you will be able to bolster your experience within Commercial Property and make the role your own.
It is desirable that you have 2 years PQE or more as a Residential Conveyancing solicitor in order to have the transferable skills to be successful in the re-train into Commercial Property. Equally, our client are of course happy to consider those with the relevant skills in Commercial Property. An extremely competitive salary and remuneration package will be rewarded for your hard work.
