A Legal 500 top tier firm are looking for an enthusiastic Conveyancing Fee Earner to join, supervise, and help develop their expanding Residential Conveyancing team in Northampton.
 
The successful applicant will have proven experience of working within a busy and highly successful residential department, and alongside this they had some exposure to supervising a busy residential property team, it would also be advantageous. In terms of fee earner, the ideal candidate will have many years exposure to dealing with sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity, including new build and leasehold.
 
As an experienced conveyancer the ideal candidate should be confident in managing relationships with both clients and estate agents.
