A rapidly expanding law firm based in Newcastle is looking to increase the size of its team with an additional RTA Fee Earner. You will be joining the busy RTA litigation team in their non portal department. This is a truly standout firm that is going from strength to strength, with offices throughout the North of England and a headcount that now rises over 220. 

You will be either a legal executive, paralegal or solicitor in order to meet the demands of this role. Ideally you will have a minimum two years experience in non portal personal injury litigation and be comfortable in managing your own caseload within a target driven environment. It is also essential that you posses excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good IT skills. You will be either a legal executive, paralegal or solicitor.
 
As an RTA fee earner you can expect your duties to include: day to day handling of claims, negotiation with insurers/solicitors, preparing files for court, identifying files to be rejected and to assist other members of the team as and when required. 

You will need to be driven, calm under pressure and have the ability to handle multiple cases at any one time.
