Job Details
My client are an established and reputable firm based in the heart of Wiltshire and are urgently seeking a Duty Solicitor to join their busy and friendly team.
The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective legal advice, assistance and representation for private and publicly funded clients, maintaining the highest standards of professional expertise and client care at all times. You will be running an existing caseload of criminal defence work and be expected to make every effort to obtain a speedy result for the client, to be accessible to their clients and to maintain regular and appropriate contact with them. You will also be expected to deal effectively and considerately with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience within a Criminal environment and be confident in running a caseload without supervision.
