NQ Private Client Solicitor

A reputable and long-established full-service Cheshire firm with an excellent reputation for its private client work is now looking to recruit a recently qualified private client solicitor. The Managing Partner is a private client specialist and this is a really good opportunity for a solicitor who wants to learn and develop in a supportive environment.

This is full and varied position with plenty of client contact. Key areas of work will include advising on and drafting basic wills, estates, power of attorney and court of protection deputyship files, along with dealing with routine estates and assisting the Head of Department with more the more administrative aspects of his files. Of course, as your experience and confidence grow, the quality and complexity of work with also increase.

On offer is a competitive basic salary, bonus scheme, good holidays and pension.
