Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Pensions Regulatory Lawyer to join our exemplary Pensions team, which is consistently ranked in the top tier. Our team has “deep expertise in the full spectrum of pension matters, ranging from funding questions to regulatory compliance.” (Chambers)
You should have an excellent academic record and 'hands-on' pensions regulatory experience gained at a professional firm with a first-class reputation for pensions work. You should also be a strong team player, as one of our values is collaboration and, have good attention to detail, as you will be expected to manage a complex workload. Experience in the supervision and bringing on of junior lawyers would be advantageous.
Team
Our pensions regulatory lawyers have in-depth understanding of pensions regulatory bodies and advise on all aspects of pensions law, including PPF cases, scheme funding and governance, legal interpretation, strategic advice and buy-ins.

Work
We provide advice and support on complex pensions regulatory matters, to both public and private sector clients. Our work includes:
- Clearance applications
- Regulatory investigations
- Scheme funding negotiations
Clients
The team advises on pensions regulatory schemes of all sizes and clients include Silentnight, Great Lakes and Brunel.
