An award winning full service national commercial practice is keen to recruit a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to its highly regarded Clinical Negligence Team be based at the firms' modern office in Reading city centre.

The team has an excellent reputation in the market, having secured multi-million-pound compensation awards on behalf of clients who have sadly suffered life changing injuries. Their expertise cover the full remit of medical negligence matters.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months' experience of working in the clinical negligence sector. You will be assisting senior solicitors on complex medical negligence cases, gaining exposure to litigated Multi-Track matters. You will take on increasing responsibility, with a wide remit that will comprise reviewing medical evidence, undertaking legal research in relation to quantum, liability and causation, preparing witness statements and liaising with lay clients, medical experts and Counsel.
