They are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Conveyancer with experience of running their own varied caseload at a reputable firm.
The firm enjoy a superb reputation in the local area and are well established as a key player in the region. They enjoy a strong presence in the local market and have a regular flow of work coming in from returning clients and from recommendations, word of mouth, as a result of their general reputation.
You will be joining a busy department, taking over a caseload of residential transactions relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, deed of variation, re-mortgages. You will be given autonomy as well as support to develop your career.
They are open to different levels of PQE, and offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
