Job Details
Our client based in Swansea are looking for a full time In-house Lawyer to negotiate and draft commercial contracts across their subscriptions, consulting, technology, conferencing, sponsorship and marketing activities and to advise on related IP and data protection issues.
Working as a key member of the small legal team, you will apply your commercial skills in this varied and challenging position to take responsibility for managing risk to the business.
Key Skills & Experience
Qualified lawyer with proven experience in commercial contracts; Good understanding of IP (especially copyright, design rights and trade marks); Sound working knowledge of contract and commercial law; Strong interpersonal skills; Experience of cross border deals would be useful. Team player with a desire to build strong internal and client relationships and the drive to help develop a rapidly growing organisation; and Strong academics. Fluent welsh speaker (essential) Our client is flexible with home working (up to 3 days from home) excellent benefits and salary offered.
