The role

You will join the Residential Conveyancing team in the Dartford office. You will have experience in volume conveyancing and will be able to manage your own caseload from initial instruction to post completion. The team in Dartford is made up of a Partner and administrative assistants/secretaries. There are a total of 8 employees in this office. You will be involved in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including freehold and leasehold property, Declarations of Trust, New Build properties and Remortgages.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE
• You will be able to manage your own caseload
• Excellent IT skills and organisation skills
• Have the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
• There are excellent prospects with this role
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience with excellent benefits
