Ref: CB13345 Enfield £35,000 - £50,000 pa
My client is an established firm with 4 offices based across North London and Hertfordshire.
They have a requirement for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their successful team in Enfield. Salary competitive, dependant on experience.
This role would suit an ambitious Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC with upwards of 5 years' PQE to undertake residential transactional work including sales, purchases, transfers of title and mortgages.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience. This is a key appointment to the firm and as such you will be actively involved in Business Development and the supervision of junior team members.
Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Property Lawyers looking for the salary and responsibility that is commensurable to your experience. The successful candidate will have trained and gained experience at a busy high street or regional firm and possess the confidence and composure to hit the ground running, managing all types of conveyancing transaction in a dynamic, supportive team.
