Finance Solicitor PSL

This is an opportunity to join arguably the best Corporate Specialist outside of London and they are looking for a Finance PSL to support the team there. The opportunity has arisen to join this Chambers rated and Legal 500 practice, which deals with west end work in the tranquil heart of Guildford. The Role:

This will be based in their beautiful Guildford, joining as a Senior Associate with at least 5+ years' experience, and be looking to join on a PSL basis. They offer amazing progression and will support and invest in the successful candidate. They have a fantastic culture and will feel like an important part of this team.

In addition to strong academics, you will possess the drive and determination needed to succeed in a fast-paced practice. You will be experienced at drafting, negotiating and advising on industry standard documentation. This will be a hugely rewarding role, offering outstanding products to clients and the opportunity to work alongside leading partners and practitioners.

You will be working on a range of substantial, ground-breaking deals and will provide transactional advice for an extensive mix of investments banks, asset managers, pension schemes, funds and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• At least 5+ years PQE Qualified Finance Senior Associate looking for PSL position.
• Previous experience operating as PSL is really important
• Extensive experience acting for top institutions and clients
• Exceptional technical and analytical skills
• First class legal and drafting skills
• Highly academic, with first class communication and writing skills.
• Strong time management, ability to remain calm under pressure and able to handle a complex, demanding workload.
• Must demonstrate a passion for the Banking & Finance sector and show a keen interest in this area.
