Your new role

This role will see you handle a mixed caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims including missed fractures and misdiagnosis claims. You may also be required to assist senior members of the team on complex, high value litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior clinical negligence lawyer to join a firm that will do everything it can to help you progress and achieve.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified solicitor (ideally NQ-4PQE) or a senior paralegal with experience in clinical negligence. Candidates from both a claimant and defendant background will be considered.
