With an ambitious goal of building 1,850 affordable homes by 2023, our development team are enjoying an unprecedented period of growth. You will be vital to this work, supporting a programme worth £800million as you steer schemes through the relevant governance approval processes including community consultation, the development options process, procurement and appointing delivery partners. You will also offer guidance on acquisition, disposal and appropriation of land and properties. This is a high-profile role with the scope to take your career to the next level.

To make the most of this fantastic role, you will have relevant amount of PQE with a particular focus on complex regeneration projects and an exemplary understanding of property law. You will need a good knowledge of public sector governance processes and your negotiation, communication and team-playing skills will be second to none. With hands-on experience of compulsory purchase and appropriation processes, you will also be fluent in risk management and mitigation.
