Law Graduate/Paralegal - Due to continued success a leading law firm in Hampshire has an urgent requirement to hire a law graduate/paralegal. As a result of increased and sustainable work levels an additional law graduate/paralegal is required.

Essential

The law graduate/paralegal will have gained work experience in a legal environment. This may have been achieved as a legal intern, part of a degree course, pre or post graduation in a commercial organisation or private practice law firm for a period of 6 months.

Healthy grades are also required in addition with initiative, self management and a proactive approach.

The Work

The law graduate/paralegal will be required to provide support to fee earners within a very successful property development team. This will involve drafting correspondence, preparing mortgage approvals and completion statements, reviewing leases and other title documents, dealing with exchange of contracts and complete land registry forms.

Salary
Depending upon experience £19.000-£21,000

The role is commutable from Basingstoke, Southampton and Fareham.
