Our client is a Top 60 firm with a national office network and sizeable team within their real estate offering which has substantial residential investment and development expertise. They are looking for a residential development solicitor c.5+ PQE to join their team in Newcastle.

The team act for a number of corporate investors, national house-builder and social housing clients, and specialise in the acquisition, disposal and management of residential development and investment sites, across the UK. The transactions are often high value and complex, and offer excellent opportunities to be involved with some of the best quality work in the region. The firm can ensure plenty of opportunities for client contact including getting involved with client events, writing articles, and other marketing activities as well as supporting more junior members of the team.

Suitable candidates will ideally have had some demonstrable exposure to residential or commercial development/investment work, and will have strong project management skills, communication skills and a commercial outlook as this is a busy fast paced environment.
