The role

You will deal with an exceptionally high-quality Commercial Property caseload, this will be a varied caseload making for a more interesting role.
This will be a hands-on role where you will run your own caseload and get high levels of client contact and business development experience. You will have high levels of client contact and will manage relationships, you will work closely with the rest of the team with the objective to further grow the division.
Your caseload will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant and some Development work. The caseload will be varied making for a more interesting work load.

Requirements:

• A Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is not an upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong Commercial Property technical knowledge
• Candidates should be commercially focused and pragmatic in their approach.
• The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
