The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Landlord Solicitor with at least 3 years experience to join an established firm based in the heart of London's West End.

You will be joining a very strong, collaborative team that have a fantastic culture and at the heart of their team is making sure they provide the best results for their clients.

The Property Dispute team undertake a broad range of work including real estate disputes, disputes arising out of development contracts, advising on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence claims and residential landlord and tenant possession actions.

Requirements:

• Specialist legal expertise advising predominantly Landlords with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• Ability to assimilate and analyse large amounts of information, paying great attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving, professional environment
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
