A fantastic opportunity for a qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join a highly regarded and leading intellectual property practice in Leeds.

The practice are looking for Trade Mark Attorney with around 2yrs + to join their team.

This is a really diverse role dealing with a varied and impressive client base across multiple industries including tech, high-end fashion, financial services and more industrial sectors. You will be assisting these businesses in understanding and best implementing their IP rights.

You will be advising on litigation, copyright, online brand enforcement, business and design name disputes and other design matters.

Whilst the firm is known for the quality of work and clients it is also known as a great place to work, with plenty of career structure, support and progression. There are a number of 'home grown' Attorney's here who have progressed to Partner level over time.

This would be a perfect role for those currently working in a private practice law firm looking to move to different environment than that of traditional private practice.

The practice will also look at those seeking to relocate to Leeds and there is the possibility of a relocation package to assist.
