The Role

They are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or ILEX with at 1-4 years PQE to join their office in Devizes, Wiltshire to deal with the large influx of new business they are experiencing currently.

You will be working alongside the Head of Residential Property to offer a high standard of residential property services including but not limited to buying and selling property, re-mortgaging, shard ownership and many more areas.

You will be working with private clients, local agents and mortgage brokers to help service clients property requirements.

Requirements:

• A Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 1-4 years PQE
• You will be able to competently deal with client matters relating to the departmental specialism and to develop additional skills and expertise in specific areas to complement the work of the team.
• You will have a good grounding in all aspects of conveyancing.
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• This role comes with very good future prospects
• Package comprises; competitive salary, bonus entitlement, pension, life cover, holidays to include discretionary days and a day off for your birthday plus parking. Senior positions may include private health care.
